What are Dispute Boards?

It is a process through which the parties appoint one or three neutrals to issue recommendations during the execution of a public or private engineering or architecture project, to facilitate the execution and fulfillment of the contract.

Who are the adjudicators?

They are the neutrals appointed by the parties, specialists in different fields, part of an official CRC list and are responsible of the Dispute Boards.
